Our 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee
We offer a 30-day return policy on all eligible products. If you are not completely satisfied with your item, you may return it within 30 days of the date of delivery for a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- In new, unused, and resalable condition
- In its original, undamaged packaging with all accessories, manuals, and parts included.
- Accompanied by a valid proof of purchase (your order number).
How to Start a Return
Please follow these steps to ensure a smooth return process:
Step 1: Contact Our Support Team
Before sending any item back, you must contact our customer support team to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. You can reach us at support@prospys.com or through our Contact Us page. Please provide your name, order number, and the reason for your return.
Step 2: Prepare Your Package
Once you receive your RMA number, securely package the item in its original box. Please ensure all original contents are included. Write the RMA number clearly on the outside of the shipping box (not on the product packaging itself).
Important: Returns sent without a valid RMA number will not be accepted and will be returned to the sender at their expense.
Step 3: Ship Your Item
You are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We highly recommend using a trackable shipping service (like UPS or FedEx) and purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot be held responsible for items that are lost or damaged during transit back to us.
Ship the package to the address provided by our support team along with your RMA number.
Refunds & Processing
Once your return is received and inspected by our team, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Processing Time: Please allow 5-7 business days after we receive your return for it to be processed.
Refund Method: If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
Deductions: Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable. For returns that are opened but otherwise in new condition, a restocking fee of up to 15% may apply to cover inspection and repackaging.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
We take great care in packaging and shipping our products, but issues can sometimes occur.
If you receive an item that is damaged in transit, defective, or not what you ordered, please contact our support team within 48 hours of delivery.
We will work with you to resolve the issue immediately. For verified cases, we will cover the cost of return shipping and send you a replacement product at no additional cost to you, or you may opt for a full refund. Please have your order number and photos of the issue ready when you contact us to expedite the process.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain items are not eligible for return under our satisfaction guarantee, including:
- Products that have been installed, used, or damaged by the customer.
- Items not in their original condition and packaging.
- Activated software, service plans, or subscription-based products.
- "Final Sale" or clearance items.
