ProSpys Shipping Policy
At ProSpys, we are committed to delivering your security solutions quickly, securely, and discreetly to your doorstep, no matter where you are in the world. Please review our shipping policies below to understand how we process and deliver your orders.
Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-2 working days (excluding weekends and holidays) after you receive your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification once your order has shipped.
Shipping Methods, Times & Costs
We offer two primary shipping options to meet your needs. Please note that all delivery times are estimated in working days.
Standard Shipping (5-12 Working Days)
- This is our default shipping method for most orders, including those that qualify for free shipping.
- Delivery typically takes between 5 and 12 working days, depending on your location.
Express Shipping (3-7 Working Days)
- For faster delivery, you can upgrade to our Express Shipping option.
- Delivery typically takes between 3 and 7 working days.
- This option is available for an additional fee.
Important Note: The most accurate delivery estimates and corresponding shipping costs for your specific region will be calculated and displayed automatically during the checkout process. This allows you to see all options and make the best choice before completing your purchase.
Global Free Shipping
We are pleased to offer complimentary Global Free Shipping on qualifying orders.
- Our free shipping service utilizes the Standard Shipping method (5-12 working days).
- If you qualify for free shipping but require faster delivery, you will have the option to upgrade to Express Shipping for an additional fee at checkout.
International Shipping: Customs, Duties, and Taxes
All ProSpys orders ship from our central logistics hub. As such, your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country.
- The buyer/recipient is solely responsible for all import taxes, customs duties, and fees levied by the destination country.
- ProSpys is not responsible for these charges, as we have no control over them and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; we recommend contacting your local customs office for more information.
- If a shipment is refused due to customs fees, the customer will be responsible for the original shipping charges plus any return costs incurred by ProSpys.
Shipping Scope & Exclusions
ProSpys ships worldwide to most private residences and commercial addresses.
However, we are unable to deliver to the following locations:
- P.O. Boxes
- Military Bases (APO/FPO/DPO addresses)
- Certain remote areas or locations where our shipping carriers have explicitly stated they cannot deliver.
If our system detects that your address falls into an exclusion zone during checkout, you will be notified.
How Do I Check the Status of My Order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within the timeframe specified for your chosen shipping method, please contact us at support@prospys.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
